C12 Quantum Electronics in Paris is seeking a Head of Nanofabrication to own the strategy, development and execution of our nanofabrication activities, from current wafer production to the next generations of processes.

You will define strategy, drive yield improvements, build a robust team, and work with the CTO, Operations, Chip Design and downstream production teams to advance the technology roadmap. This role offers a dynamic international environment and a competitive salary in euros.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in nanofabrication and cleanroom processes.
• Proven track record leading technical teams in R&D or prototyping environments.
• Ability to set direction, make trade-offs and rely on domain experts.
• Experience building robust, reproducible production processes.
• Strong data-driven mindset and structures for process learning.
• Pragmatic and adaptable in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience in an RTO or advanced prototyping cleanroom valued.
• Experience in quantum technologies or quantum-device fabrication is a plus.

Responsabilités

• You will define and drive nanofabrication strategy, balancing technology development, process maturity and production needs.
• You will drive yield improvement and development of next-generation fabrication processes for production.
• You will build a robust and scalable nanofabrication organization with strong process control and data.
• You will lead the team through technical challenges and deviations with fast resolution.
• You will recruit, develop and empower nanofabrication engineers and technicians.
• You will contribute to equipment strategy and tool procurement with Operations.
• You will work with the CTO, Operations, Chip Design and downstream production teams to align priorities.
• You will provide technical expertise for collaborations with external foundries, RTOs and fabrication partners.
