C12, founded in 2020 and based in Paris, seeks a Lead for the nano-assembly team to advance our quantum processor fabrication. You’ll guide 3 research engineers, optimize nano-assembly vacuum setups, and collaborate with software for control and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in R&D or a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science or related field
• Experience in managing R&D engineers and organizing their work
• Some project management experience
• Experience in hardware and experimental setup design and fabrication
• Interest in collecting, organizing and analyzing data
• Python for hardware control and data analysis

Responsabilités

• Continuous improvement of nano-assembly vacuum setups for increased throughput and yield
• Design and validation of mechanical, electrical and chemical processes to optimize qubit quality
• Collaborate with software team to improve control software, data storage and data analysis
• Analyze, summarize and present data
