Warwick Hotels & Resorts in Paris is looking for a Head Concierge. You will lead and motivate the Concierge and Lobby teams, ensuring a personalized welcome for all guests while managing various requests and maintaining high hotel standards.

• Proven experience in a concierge role within a luxury hotel or palace environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the Concierge, Bell Desk, Valet, and Lobby teams.
• Ensure a warm, personalized welcome for international clientele.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide exceptional service.
• Organize transfers, reservations, and special requests.
• Oversee guest expenses and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
