Qualifications

• Experience developing data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects in Europe, from early-stage development through delivery.
• Deep knowledge of European data centre geographies, grid capacity, permitting dynamics, and power markets.
• Strong understanding of planning and grid connection processes with TSOs/DSOs and regulators.
• Understanding of development financing for infrastructure projects and investor requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own data centre development in Europe end-to-end: market entry through Ready-to-Build and energisation.
• Evaluate and prioritise European markets based on power, grid timelines, land, fibre, climate, permitting regimes, and incentives.
• Assess sites from technical, planning, power, and infrastructure perspectives.
• Develop grid connection and power strategies with TSOs, DSOs, and national utilities.
• Structure and support development financing with investors and lenders.
• Lead planning, permitting, environmental assessment, and stakeholder engagement in each jurisdiction.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and development risks.
• Ensure projects are deliverable, scalable, and aligned with construction requirements.
