Responsibilities

• In accordance with the company's development needs, oversee our energy storage business within Europe, including lithium and lead-acid market maintenance and expansion;
• Responsible for energy storage business development, strategic planning, annual operational plan formulation; accountable for accomplishing the company's annual operation targets and performing periodic tracking;
• Participate in key company decision-making processes .Drive sales strategy for our product portfolio based on current market trends and competitor activities;
• Plan and implement promotional strategies including advertisements, events, sales endeavors for different products;
• Engage in significant negotiations pertaining to large-scale bidding or contractual agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above;
• proficiency in English as a working language;
• 5+ years of extensive sales experience and broad sales channels in areas such as industrial park owners and data centers, as well as 1+ years of sales management experience;
• Informed about European energy storage solution sales operations coupled with updated knowledge surrounding new-energy developmental trends;
• Familiar with the relevant European national policies、 industry dynamics, relevant industry resources;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, public relations and marketing activities, program execution, strong management, decision-making and innovation skills.
