L’Oréal's Design team in the Beauty Tech unit seeks a Lead Designer to own the Content Workflow Tool end-to-end, guiding the marketer-facing experience from brief to final asset within a large, cross‑functional product.

You’ll set strategy, define features, mentor designers, and collaborate with product, engineering, and data to build a scalable design system that accelerates the whole suite.

• Leadership in design strategy for product or service design.
• Translate business goals into clear design directions.
• Mentor designers and help grow our design system.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design of CWT, from brief to asset.
• Define features and justify them to stakeholders.
• Shape wider marketer-facing suite and ensure design-system alignment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data squads.
