L’Oréal Groupe is seeking a Retail Designer assistant in Paris to translate our brands' identity into innovative in-store experiences. You will lead projects, adapt concepts to zones and profiles, design displays for windows, podiums, and brand books, and develop visual merchandising strategies.

You will collaborate with agencies and freelancers from brief to final production, mastering SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, mock-ups, and PowerPoint to craft compelling presentations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program seeking a gap-year or final-year internship.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong skills in project management, content production; comfortable with SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, mock-ups and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Translate brands' identity into innovative customer experiences in stores.
• Adapt retail concepts to zones and customer profiles; design captivating displays and brand books.
• Develop visual merchandising strategies for windows and podiums.
• Drive collaboration with agencies and freelancers from brief to final production.
• Produce impactful mock-ups and presentations using PowerPoint.
