L'Oréal IT is seeking a disciplined Architecture Lead to drive the technical execution for our GPT and Employee AI Workstation products at So Tech. You will be the structural anchor of the pod, ensuring secure, sound architecture and reliable delivery across multiple projects.

You will mentor teams, design robust architectures within the L’Oréal IT landscape, manage risk, and deliver high-quality, compliant solutions in a global beauty tech environment.

• Rigorous analysis of complex issues and efficient technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own the rigorous execution of our technical architecture (AI Gateway and MCP Gateway) with minimal supervision.
• Enforce strict quality and security standards across components and ensure AI guardrails.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and vulnerabilities before incidents.
• Deconstruct complex skills-agent architecture problems into clear steps.
• Own technical debt, code quality, and delivery commitments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deep technical issues as needed.
