L’Oréal GPT and Employee AI Workstation projects at So Tech require a technically exceptional lead who anchors the pod, ensuring architecture is sound, secure, and reliably delivered. The role collaborates with a co-lead to drive rigorous execution.

You will enforce quality and security standards, anticipate risks, and own technical debt and delivery commitments in a fast-moving, multi-project environment.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Own the rigorous execution of our technical architecture (AI Gateway and MCP Gateway) with minimal supervision.
• Enforce strict quality and security standards across all components, ensuring compliance with IT controls and AI guardrails.
• Anticipate technical risks and system vulnerabilities, stopping issues before they become incidents.
• Deconstruct complex skills-agent architecture problems into clear steps.
• Take ownership of technical debt, code quality, and delivery commitments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deep technical issues when the system requires it.

A Day in the Life

You will drive the technical execution for the L’Oréal GPT and some of our Employee AI Workstation products at So Tech. Working alongside a co-lead, you are the structural anchor of the pod — the one who ensures the architecture is sound, secure, and reliably delivered.

• Own the rigorous execution of our technical architecture (including AI Gateway and MCP Gateway) with minimal need for supervision.
• Enforce strict quality and security standards equally across all components, ensuring full compliance with Key IT Controls and AI Guardrails.
• Anticipate technical risks and system vulnerabilities deliberately, stopping issues before they become live incidents.
• Deconstruct complex skills-agent architecture problems into clear, logical steps.
• Take absolute ownership of technical debt, code quality, and delivery commitments.
• Step in to troubleshoot and resolve deep technical issues when the system requires it.
