Lefty, a leading influencer marketing platform, is seeking a Head of Design in Paris. You will shape design practice, lead 2 Product Designers and 1 Brand Designer, and set quality standards while building scalable processes.

Reports to the CPO and works across craft, strategy, and people in a hands-on, agency-and-SaaS-rich context. You will drive design strategy, manage the design system, and present work to clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience including agency and SaaS B2B backgrounds.
• 3+ years of formal design management experience.
• Proven ability to run structured design projects: plan, workshop, execute, report.
• User-centric approach with hands-on UX discovery experience.
• Rigorous and demanding with a high bar for quality, completeness, and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Lead design leadership & strategy, translating product vision into assets.
• Set strategy and direction for the design system and brand platform.
• Pilot brand platform strategy and report on progress, contributing to its creation.
• Present design work to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Manage and grow a small design team, maintaining clear briefs and timelines.
• Integrate Brand and Product Design into a coherent output.
• Run design rituals: workshops, sprints, and ideation sessions.
• Collaborate daily with leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
