W3Global is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced AI initiatives in a Paris-based setting. You will shape data science strategy, mentor teams, and lead integration of ML development and MLOps across Digital Factory projects.

You will also oversee AI governance as AI Act referent and lead the Digital Factory AI community, sharing best practices and aligning on frameworks across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Senior level with 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in advanced data science, ML, and GenAI.

Responsabilités

• Lead data scientist role with advanced data science expertise.
• Drive Hubgrade Smart Apps delivery (Smart-Membranes, Smart Clarification).
• Act as Digital Factory AI community lead, sharing best practices and aligning frameworks.
• Serve as AI Act referent and ensure compliance across projects.
