Jobtailor is seeking a senior AI/Data Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end use cases from business needs to deployment in Paris. You will design AI/data-driven solutions, build in Python and Dataiku, implement REST APIs, and collaborate across business, data and IT teams to deliver measurable value.

Fluency in English is required; 9+ years of experience and strong project leadership are expected. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and aligning

• Senior profile with 9+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of application architecture and information systems principles.
• Proficient with low-code/data tools, notably Dataiku.
• Definition and implementation of business rules.
• Knowledge of AI, ML, and GenAI concepts.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong project/use-case management experience.
• Solid technical background with initial AI/Data focus.
• Ability to work across business, functional and technical domains.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the interface between business, Data/AI, and IT teams.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Challenge proposed solutions and contribute to implementation decisions.
• Lead initiatives focused on AI and Data use cases.
• Communicate the solutions developed, along with their uses and benefits.
• Share best practices and promote solution adoption.
• Prepare and deliver demonstrations, materials, and communications related to AI/Data initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior profile: 9 or more years of experience
• Python and SQL
• Design and development of REST APIs
• Understanding of application architecture and information systems principles
• Proficiency with Low-Code/Data tools, particularly Dataiku
• Definition and implementation of business rules
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI concepts
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken
• Strong experience managing projects and/or use cases
• Solid technical background, with significant initial experience in AI/Data topics
• Ability to work across business, functional, and technical domains
