BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to shape our AI strategy in a European context. You will drive advanced data science initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure scalable ML deployments.

You will also serve as the Digital Factory AI community lead, sharing best practices, aligning frameworks, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. A strong emphasis on communication and multicultural teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise across ML, DL, RL, and GenAI.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps workflows.
• Strong AI deployment and model lifecycle knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead data science initiatives across the organization.
• Act as Digital Factory AI community lead, share best practices and align frameworks.
• Serve as AI Act referent ensuring compliance.
