Job summary

BeReal, part of Voodoo, seeks a Lead Creative Manager to head a squad of creative operators responsible for BeReal's creative production and helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits.

You will prioritize and drive production based on product and user acquisition strategy, lead 2–3 people, analyze performance, and share best practices with other teams. Fluent English required; Paris office offers wellness and flexible vacation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps.
• Led high-impact projects.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy.
• Lead up to 2/3 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density.
• Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs.
• Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams.
• Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.
