Voodoo is hiring a Creative Strategist to lead a squad of creative operators for BeReal. You will own creative production and drive user acquisition strategies to turn BeReal into a global hit.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry.
• Led high-impact projects.
• Speaks and writes English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy.
• Lead up to 2/3 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density.
• Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs.
• Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams.
• Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.
