Job summary

BeReal, part of Voodoo, seeks a Creative Strategist to lead a squad of creative operators responsible for BeReal’s creative production and helping Voodoo turn mobile products into global hits. You will prioritize and drive creative production based on product and user acquisition strategy.

You will lead 2–3 people, recruit and coach, analyze performance, set action plans to hit KPIs, discover new concepts, and share best practices with other teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of performance marketing in mobile apps.
• Led high-impact projects.
• Fluent in English.
• Values candor, freedom and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive creative production for BeReal based on product and user acquisition strategy.
• Lead 2–3 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density.
• Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs.
• Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams.
• Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc.
