BeReal is seeking a video ads creator based in Paris to design and produce engaging mobile ads for scale across markets. You will benchmark trends, adapt concepts, and work with AI tools to accelerate production and optimize outcomes. The role involves a hacker mindset, fast delivery, and close collaboration with the global team.

You will partner with cross-functional peers to push growth objectives, leverage platform-native formats, and monitor metrics to drive iterative improvements.

Qualifications

Fully proficient in video editing and content creation.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway).
Creative thinker with a hacker mindset and fast execution.
Strong content instincts and ability to capture attention online.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Create mobile video ads for BeReal that engage audiences at scale using platform-native formats and best practices.
Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities from trends, user behavior and cultural moments.
Adapt existing creative concepts and develop new ones to support growth across audiences and markets.
Be AI savvy, from creative production (GenAI) to productivity and workflows.
Analyze performance signals (hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, retention) to iterate quickly.
Contribute to transversal creative initiatives and production workflows.
Collaborate with a small creative squad and the global team when needed.

BeReal is looking for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, understanding why a video gets 500 views and another gets 5 million.

You will:

Create mobile video ads for the company that engage audiences at scale, leveraging platform-native formats and performance creative best practices
Become a creative expert: benchmark competitors, identifying opportunities from trends, user behaviors and cultural moments
Adapt existing the company creative concepts and develop new ones to support growth objectives across different audiences and markets
Be AI savvy, from creative production (GenAI) to productivity and operational workflows
Understand how your creations perform and why: reading hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to iterate quickly and effectively
Contribute to transversal creative initiatives (e.g., testing new tools, formats, and production workflows)
Work within a small creative squad alongside amazing people from diverse backgrounds, collaborating closely with the global team when needed

Profile

Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.)
Creative and have a hacker mindset, turning \"we should make something about this\" into a finished video by the end of the day
Strong instincts for content and understand what captures attention online
Fluent in English, both oral and written
