Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in customer quality, ideally in aerospace.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer interface for complaints and after-sales service (returns).
• Plan and support customer audits and visits.
• Analyze deviations and monitor CAPA until issues are resolved.
• Lead 8D investigations and major action plans from customer complaints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain customer specification deviation matrices for serial production.
