Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Supply Chain Quality Leader (f/m) to secure the quality of forged, cast and ALM components across supplier networks. You will lead a team, drive audit programs, and shape quality strategies for critical aerospace parts.

The role requires extensive experience with AS/EN 9100 / ISO 9001, strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and procurement, and the ability to mentor suppliers on root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in audit management within aerospace or complex manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of metal forging, die casting, sand casting and ALM.
• Experience with AS/EN 9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems and root cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage supplier audit processes for forging, casting, and ALM.
• Develop quality management strategies for manufacturing suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams.
• Monitor supplier quality using KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide guidance on quality best practices and corrective actions.
• Operational leader of a team of 5 FTE
