Aircall is seeking a Forward‑Deployed Engineer to own the end‑to‑end delivery of technically sound, low‑code AI solutions for Aircall customers. You will design, implement, and operationalize workflows that connect the AI Agent with CRMs, help desks, and communication tools.

This hybrid, revenue‑driving role spans Solutions Engineering, Consulting, and Product Ownership, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable outcomes and accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 0–6+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused project management.
• Client facing experience required.
• Technical comfort with API design, webhooks, data structures (JSON, REST, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with AI workflow configuration and monitoring is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions to map business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define solution architecture.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato) and CRM automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) with API connectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate feasibility, resolve blockers, and share learnings that inform product improvements.
• Configure and optimize the AI Agent—defining intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, and performance metrics.
• Manage complex, cross-functional deployments—defining timelines, aligning stakeholders, ensuring accountability, and delivering on time and within scope.
• Create scalable models and reusable frameworks (templates, playbooks, reference architectures) for faster future projects.
• Champion continuous learning and enablement—train peers, run internal workshops, and document best practices.
• Run global outbound campaigns within the existing customer base to generate pipeline with the customer marketing team.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to embed routines and cadences that drive product pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Own regional top-line targets for assigned products (e.g., AI Voice Agent MRR) by coordinating with AEs and AMs.
• Act as an internal product owner within GTM—defining product-specific MRR strategies and coordinating cross-functional support.
• Collaborate with Product and PMM to shape AI Voice Agent roadmap based on customer needs.
• Drive internal and external product education, including enablement for SIs and channel partners.
• Maintain awareness of AI and CX trends to keep Aircall competitive.
