IXO is seeking language and audio specialists for remote work to create test materials and assess AI outputs in real-world contexts.

You will write prompts, review translations, and evaluate voice, music or sound quality to ensure clarity and naturalness across languages and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in at least one language, or relevant work in translation or audio fields.
• Clear written reasoning and careful handling of ambiguous instructions.
• Ability to review translations for meaning and tone.

Background

Qualify through native or professional fluency in at least one language, or through professional work in translation, voice, music or audio production. Clear written reasoning and careful handling of ambiguous instructions are important.

Assignments may span major world languages as well as Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Assamese, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu and other supported language communities. Work is matched to the languages and sound disciplines you can evaluate; this is not a requirement to cover all of them.

Deliverables and pay

Outputs include reference examples, linguistic or audio judgments and precise explanations of quality issues. IXO will agree the scope, schedule and review criteria before work begins. Pay is $40 • $55/hr in USD. Work is remote.
