IXOlabs.ai is seeking language evaluators to listen to AI-generated Tamil recordings and assess fluency, naturalness, and authenticity. You will provide precise feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and regional usage to guide improvements.

This remote role requires strong Tamil skills and clear written English. Prior AI experience is not required, and you will record results using the supplied review tools and criteria.

Listen to short AI-generated Tamil recordings and assess whether the speech sounds fluent and authentic. Your contribution is a precise account of what you hear, with useful explanations of errors and regional language nuances.

Responsibilities

• Judge pronunciation, grammar and naturalness against native Tamil usage.
• Identify wording or delivery that sounds unnatural in the intended context.
• Explain linguistic errors and suggested improvements in concise written feedback.
• Record results using the assigned review tools and criteria.
• Apply the same standard across clips, clarify ambiguous cases and take part in occasional calibration or update discussions.

Language and professional profile

Native-level Tamil knowledge and an understanding of regional variation are central to this track. English at B2 level or above is required for instructions and communication. You should notice small language differences, explain your judgment clearly and work independently with online review tools.

Previous language evaluation, teaching, translation, editorial or related experience is helpful. Attention to detail and constructive feedback matter more than assuming every applicant has worked on AI before; prior AI experience is not required.

Deliverables and pay

Deliverables include clip assessments, identified language problems and actionable explanations. Work is remote, with the assignment volume and schedule agreed with IXO before work begins. The supplied criteria will define how to handle uncertain or regionally variable examples.

Pay is $35 $70/hr in USD. This is speech evaluation work, separate from recording a voice sample or transcribing every word of a clip.
