Jobtailor seeks an experienced KYC/AML Team Lead in Paris to supervise and enhance our customer due diligence program. You will mentor analysts, implement KPI-driven coaching, and ensure compliant review workflows across fintech verticals.

You will train new hires, align processes with regulatory updates, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk to optimize KYC operations and scale performance while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in KYC/AML/Financial Security in fintech/bank/start-up environments.
• Experience supervising/mentoring a team for at least 1 year.
• Strong AML/CFT regulatory knowledge and compliance mindset.
• Experience with KPI tracking and coaching programs.
• Experience onboarding new team members and streamlining processes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB reviews in accordance with current laws and internal regulations
• Resolve complex cases with compliant, customized solutions
• Maintain subject matter expertise through regulatory updates and development
• Onboard and train new members on KYC/SOP procedures and tools
• Support growth through regular 1:1s and actionable feedback
• Identify training gaps and deliver targeted development plans
• Manage schedules, approve leave, ensure shift coverage for SLA
• Align daily workflows with team goals and quality standards
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk on KYC projects
• Implement scalable procedures and continuous improvement
• Execute quality controls and lead improvement initiatives
