Mercor is seeking contributors for Korean document annotation. You will verify Korean content, delineate and bound every meaningful region, and assign reading order for accurate transcription. Your role emphasizes precise, character-level accuracy and careful handling of complex layouts.

You will also record relationships to figures/tables and capture metadata, with final reviews conducted by a second Korean expert to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Native Korean with full command of Hangul.
• Exact character-level transcription required.
• Bilingual transcription/editorial experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Open and verify task pages in Korean for content and legibility.
• Annotate page structure: bound regions, types, and reading order.
• Record relationships between regions and their parent figures or tables.
• Transcribe faithfully in Hangul, flagging illegible regions.
• Capture page metadata: language, document type, source, dimensions.
• Participate in cross-check reviews by a Korean expert.
