Logitech in Paris seeks a Key Account Manager to drive etailer development and lead quarterly and yearly marketing and sales plans. You will manage strategic growth of the online landscape, partnering with local teams to optimize campaigns and product availability.

Required are native French and strong English skills, plus extensive account management in consumer electronics or FMCG. Hybrid work is available across regions.

• Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market & online sales processes.
• Analytic, structured and solution oriented person.
• Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key partners.

Responsabilités

• Be accountable for the performance of etail key accounts; identifying growth opportunities and coordinating local activities with internal stakeholders.
• Achieve targets within the online channel (revenue, profitability, forecast accuracy, trend analysis, financial planning and digital marketing).
• Develop the business by leading opportunities and building relationships at senior levels within assigned etail customers.
• Define, manage and monitor investments, ROI, and supply chain KPIs.
• Develop quarterly & yearly customer plans and ensure product availability for each account.

In the role of the Key Account Manager you will be in charge of the development of e-tailers by driving quarterly & yearly marketing & sales plans. You will also manage the strategic development of the e-commerce landscape.

In this role you will:

• Be accountable for the performance of etail key accounts; identifying and driving growth opportunities and coordinating local activities with internal stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned targets against strategic objectives within the online channel (revenue, profitability, forecast accuracy, trend analysis, financial planning and digital marketing).
• Develop the business by playing a lead role in executing on business development opportunities and build strong relationships at a senior level within assigned etail customers.
• Successfully implement new product categories and key initiatives, coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts.
• Define, manage and monitor investments, control the ROI (return on investment), success parameters and supply chain KPIs.
• Develop quarterly & yearly customer plans managing forecasting events and product availability for each account assigned
• Track deployed campaigns and facilitate customization of execution to achieve business goals.
• Maximize the execution of existing products and upcoming NPIs (new-product-introduction).
• Be an active team member to facilitate the business planning and forecasting processes.
• Work closely with the local sales team to ensure best-in-class online execution.
• Be a Brand Ambassador.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

• Extensive account management experience with ideally a track record in consumer electronics, IT or FMCG.
• Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market & online sales processes.
• Analytic, structured and solution oriented person.
• Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key partners.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Knowledge across a range of marketing tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.
• Ability to drive and coordinate projects.
• Energetic, bright, dynamic and creative.
• Native French speaker
• Proficiency in English written and spoken is a must.
• Passion for high quality products, based on unique technology and design.
