A global security solutions provider in France is seeking a Sales Executive to develop client relationships and achieve sales objectives. You will focus on promoting entrance control solutions to architects and engineering firms. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of sales experience, is fluent in French and English, and is proactive in building client portfolios. This position requires national travel across France, including visits to the office in Collegien.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years sales experience.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Ability to take initiatives and be proactive.
  • Experience with Security System Integrators and Contractors is advantageous.

Responsabilités

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the France Director of Sales, you will play a key role in achieving strategic and commercial objectives across the territory. Your focus will be on developing and managing a strong client portfolio through proactive engagement with existing customers and identifying new partners. A significant part of the role involves promoting our entrance control solutions to architects and engineering firms, ensuring our products are specified in their designs. You’ll have access to extensive technical support to assist with design aspects and provide guidance during meetings or remotely.

While prior experience in entrance control is not essential, familiarity with the sector or broader security industry can be advantageous if you possess the other skills we seek.

This position covers the entire French territory and will require national travel, including visits to our office in Collegien (77).

Responsibilities
  • Develop a client portfolio, both direct and indirect.
  • Ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved.
  • Responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with our existing clients.
  • Continuous feed and update of the company CRM working in close relationship with our partners
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service by providing solutions that apply to client needs and continuous support to our partners.
  • Promote our solutions towards main industry prescribers (architects / engineering companies)
  • Communicate to the direct manager opportunity and issues and propose solutions.
  • Set up ways of monitoring performance of clients and ensure appropriate follow ups.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years sales experience
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Dynamic, open to learning and willing to contribute to the growth of the company
  • Business and customer focused
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to take initiatives / being proactive
  • A good understanding of sales cycles, whether it’s on a new build development or on a retrofit opportunity.
  • Experience dealing with the following will be highly looked upon favourably – Security System Integrators, Electricians / Contractors, Developers, Architects, Facilities Managers
  • Experience in entrance control or selling solutions in the security industry would be advantageous.
