Job summary

FRASER Yachts in Monaco is seeking a Junior Yacht Accountant to support the fleet's financial operations. You will handle budgeting, monthly accounts, payroll, and insurance payments while liaising with captains, owners, and internal departments to ensure smooth yacht operations.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in the yachting industry, solid accounting experience, and strong English skills; knowledge of Italian/French/Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Budget, financial reports, payroll, bank processes.
• Auditing.
• Operational and variance analysis.
• Legal knowledge: flags, insurance, VAT, registration, VISA, regulations and new contracts.
• Desire to join a professional team at the top of the industry proving good communication skills, allowing an efficient contact with the Owners and Captains.
• Time management (The ability to comply with deadlines).

We are looking for a Junior Yacht Accountant to join our team in Monaco .

Position Overview

A Yacht Administrator provides financial and accounting services to Owners and Captains who belong to our expanding fleet of yachts. He/she ensures that assigned yachts are operated and maintained in accordance with the Fraser Yacht Management System and represents the owner's best interests.

The goal is to provide clear and accurate budgets, reports, accounting and logistic support as required. The Yacht Administrator works in the Yacht Management Team, using Company procedures and best Yacht Management practices in close cooperation with the Captain and management team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (MANDATORY)

• 2-3 years' experience in the yachting business.
• Accounting background.
• Proficient in spoken and written English is essential; Italian/French/Russian is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Knowledge of Specialized Accounting Software such as Quicken, Xero, Voly is a plus.
  

Job based in Monaco. Living close by (French riviera/ Monaco/North of Italy) is required.
