OECD is recruiting for a Junior Power Sector Analyst to contribute to its analytical work on electricity systems and grids within the Electricity Systems and Markets Division. The role focuses on modelling, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and drafting for the IEA’s Electricity report.

Ideal candidates will have an advanced degree in a related field, at least three years of power systems experience, and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum three years of direct power systems work experience.
• Strong writing and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Modelling, analysis and drafting of electricity systems and markets.
• Monitor and analyse regulatory and policy developments in power systems.
• Contribute to modelling of medium-term electricity forecasts.
• Update technical databases on demand, supply and grids.
