Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Marketing or related Customer Enablement or Product Adoption.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong interest in Customer Enablement, product adoption, and user training topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create engaging content.
• Ability to structure complex information into visual, engaging formats.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the external StrangeBee Academy, including content creation and certifications, to support customer enablement and product adoption.
• Contribute to the internal StrangeBee Academy with shorter training content for employees.
• Contribute to in-app onboarding initiatives guiding users through key features.
• Animate and grow StrangeBee user and customer communities.
• Develop adoption-oriented use cases to support customer success and reduce churn.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to identify enablement needs.
• Proactively propose solutions beyond the Academy to improve product adoption and retention.
