Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, including 4+ years on ServiceNow-based projects.
• Strong understanding of CMDB & Discovery.
• Ability to write clear user stories.

Responsabilités

• Own the ITAM component with scoping, backlog management, prioritization, and quality assurance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ITAM-related architecture.
• Define and implement processes for Software Asset Management and compliance.
