Job summary

SamBoat is seeking a dedicated Italian-speaking owner success agent based in or willing to relocate to Bordeaux. You will manage relationships with international boat owners, supporting them by phone and email, and onboarding new owners to expand our supply.

You will focus on high-quality owner interactions, ensuring prompt responses, and maintaining listing quality. This role combines relationship-building with growth contribution in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Native Italian speaker.
• Available ASAP / able to relocate in Bordeaux.
• Organized and structured.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pedagogical and comfortable explaining things clearly.
• Persuasive and results-driven.
• Highly customer satisfaction oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise boat owners by phone on inbound requests and through proactive outreach.
• Ensure fast and high-quality handling of email requests.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new boat owners to grow our supply.
• Maintain a high level of quality across listings (boats, content, experience).
• Build strong relationships and turn owners into SamBoat fans.
• Contribute directly to SamBoat’s growth with a strong focus on customer experience.
