The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking an IT Technician to join our IT Service Hub. You will provide remote and onsite support to staff and students, ensuring IT services are safe, secure and robust.

The role is based at one of our secondary academies and starts on a date to be agreed, on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will bring a customer‑focused approach, prior experience in education settings if possible, and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification, or willing to work towards.
• Experience of managing competing priorities and working to tight timescales.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote and onsite IT support to customers, ideally within an education setting.
• Contribute to keeping IT services safe, secure and robust.
• Work within the IT Service Hub based at a secondary academy.

The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a skilled, passionate technologist with a keen interest in customer service, for the role of IT Technician. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing remote and onsite support to customers, ideally within an education setting. They will be committed to ensuring that IT Services are safe, secure, and robust, whilst maintaining flexible, friendly and strong working relationships with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will join an established IT Service Hub, based at one of our Secondary academies.

Potential Applicants Should Have

• GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification, or willing to work towards.
