Datadog is seeking an Enterprise IT Technician I to support employees’ hardware and software globally. You will onboard new hires, assist with orientations, and ensure office tech runs smoothly to help employees do their jobs.

As part of a hybrid work model, you’ll deploy laptops, manage inventory, support unified communications, and collaborate with global teams to improve processes. A curious mind about AI and SaaS tools will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an IT Support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Love working in a team and helping people.
• Curious about AI trends and automating repetitive tasks.
• Supported Apple devices such as MacBooks and iPads.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Fascinated by how things work and able to explain simply.
• Want to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Familiar with G Suite and other common SaaS applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class customer service and technical support for our employees.
• Deploy laptops as part of onboarding and refresh cycles.
• Assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and services used within Datadog.
• Handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Work with global counterparts to improve processes and consistency across the org.
• Support unified communications needs for Datadog employees in conference rooms and other common areas.
• Create and maintain internal and user facing documentation.
• Leverage a foundational understanding of and curiosity about AI tools to optimize daily workflows.
• Participate in deployment and security related projects.
• Participate in the IT Support on call rotation.
