Datadog is seeking a Technical Support Engineer 2, Premier - EMEA to join its global team. The role focuses on Premier Customers, handling technical inquiries across multiple channels and deep-diving into Datadog’s platform and 600+ integrations.

Hybrid work arrangement with on-site days in Europe is available. You will build relationships with Premier Customers, educate users on the platform, and contribute to knowledge documentation while advancing product conversations and routine health

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-channel technical support in a SaaS environment.
• Strong programming familiarity and basic Linux knowledge.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn continuously.
• Ability to think critically with a client-centric approach.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client requests via phone, chat, and tickets on a fast-paced team.
• Develop relationships with Premier Customers to understand their environment.
• Reproduce issues and work with 600+ Datadog integrations.
• Build documentation and knowledge-base articles for various technologies.
• Drive product conversations based on client needs gathered from interactions.
• Participate in routine health-check meetings with Premier Customers.
• Work from a Datadog office 3-5 days per week.
