Datadog is looking for a Network Engineer II to implement and support office network solutions across global offices. The role includes ownership of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi deployments and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams, manage office network configurations, and monitor network health using Datadog tools. This position offers the opportunity to grow in network engineering while promoting a hybrid work culture.

Qualifications

• Grounded in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and VLANs.
• Experienced with enterprise network equipment, such as routers and switches.
• Comfortable executing production changes and validating outcomes.
• Able to troubleshoot using logs and monitoring data.
• Detail-oriented and interested in process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Deploy network solutions across offices including switches and access points.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Manage routing and firewall configurations according to team standards.
• Monitor network health and participate in incident response.
• Maintain documentation for operational workflows.
