Loft Orbital Solutions in Toulouse is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our international IT team. You’ll be the go-to person on the ground for Toulouse-based support, assisting colleagues with hardware, software, and account issues while contributing to IT activities across offices worldwide.

You will split time across operational support, infrastructure and application administration, documentation, and facilities care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Professional working proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong end-user support skills and customer-service mindset
• Experience with internal corporate networking (DNS, VPN, VLANs)
• Experience administering SaaS environments and SSO technologies (Okta, Google Workspace, O365)
• Based in or relocate to Toulouse; on-site role

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support and onboarding across Toulouse and offices worldwide
• Support lab operations and on-site IT issues (hardware, printers, permissions)
• Maintain onboarding for new hires and equipment provisioning
• Document projects and maintain IT policy/docs across teams
