Loft Orbital is expanding its Toulouse IT team to provide on-site end-user support, onboarding, and daily IT operations. You will collaborate with an international team and help enable efficient, secure access to SaaS tools and corporate networks.

You’ll manage onboarding workflows, provisioning devices, and maintaining IT documentation. The role offers growth into infrastructure and application administration with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience following industry best practices.
• Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong end-user support skills with a customer-service mindset and the ability to translate technical issues.
• Experience with internal corporate networking (DNS, VPN, VLANs).
• Experience administering SaaS environments and SSO technologies (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, O365).
• Based in (or able to relocate to) the Toulouse area – on-site role.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support and onboarding for Toulouse employees and contribute to IT activities across offices.
• Administer SaaS accounts and configure permissions (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, etc.).
• On-site IT contact for Toulouse new hires and support escalations.
• Document new projects and maintain IT policy/docs in English for cross-office sharing.
