Jobtailor in Île-de-France seeks a Senior PMO / IT Integration Project Manager to lead dashboards, governance, and cross-functional coordination for complex ERP integration projects. You will translate architectural constraints into a practical roadmap and orchestrate cooperation between IT, external integrators, and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong IT architecture knowledge, experience with Talend, EDI and API/ETL flows, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior PMO or IT Integration Project Manager on major transformation programs or complex system interconnection initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture.
• Knowledge of EDI, API, ETL/Talend flows, and multi-ERP architectures.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical architects.
• Experience with electronic invoicing is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt immediately, strong execution discipline, diplomacy, and sound prioritization skills.
• Availability to meet the two-month deadline.
• Freelance status.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain project dashboards, progress KPIs, and risk tracking.
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional project governance meetings.
• Track the progress of integration workstreams between ERP systems, the Talend middleware, and e-invoicing platforms.
• Translate technical architects' constraints into an actionable roadmap.
• Act as the orchestrator between the IT department, external integrators, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure transparent, proactive, and collaborative communication.
• Immediately take over the operational management of the workstream.
• Structure governance, secure integration deliverables, and ensure smooth communication between IT teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
