Median Technologies is seeking an IT Project Manager & PMO to lead the IT project portfolio and governance in close collaboration with the VP Information Systems and business owners.

The role focuses on defining standards, managing strategic IT projects, and aligning IT with business goals while driving digital transformation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Engineer in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Significant experience (10 years minimum) in IT project management and IT project portfolio, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong skills in IS/IT project management (Waterfall, Agile).
• +5 years of technical experience in IT solutions design and build.
• Ability to design coherent and optimized computerized system architectures.
• Experience with ERP, HR systems, Procurement & Contract management, CRM, AI & Data projects.

Responsabilités

• Define, formalize, and maintain the IT project management methodology and related standards and processes.
• Define the IT project portfolio management governance.
• Contribute to IT governance through best practices in project governance.
• Contribute to IT business partnership activities, including business needs analysis, translation to solutions, IT project management, and IT roadmap definition.
• Propose solutions for effective digital transformation to integrate IT in the enterprise value chain.
• Support project managers and report on IT project execution.
• Take full ownership of strategic IT projects.
• Assist in business requirements definition and process improvements.
• Manage internal and external resources across IT projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Contribute to ITSM approach within the IT department.

We are looking for a IT Project Manager & PMO, M/F.

In close collaboration with the VP Information Systems and key business owners, the IT Project Manager & PMO builds and oversees strategic IT projects portfolio and their execution. She/He actively contributes to the IT governance, intended to create value by ensuring the alignment of IT to business goals.

Presentation of activities and main tasks linked to the position

• Define, formalize, and maintain the IT project management methodology and the related standards and processes.
• Define the IT project portfolio management governance
• Contribute to IT governance through state-of-the-art IT projects governance good practices and methodologies.
• Contribute to the IT business partnership activities, including business needs analysis, their translation to solutions, IT projects management and execution, and IT roadmap definition.
• Propose the relevant solutions to perform effective digital transformation aiming to have IT department fully integrated in the enterprise's value chain.
• Responsible for supporting project managers and gathering, assessing and reporting information about the conduct of IT projects.
• Take the full ownership of strategic IT projects.
• Assist in the business requirements definition and specifications, suggesting processes improvements whenever it is relevant.
• Manage & coordinate internal and external resources throughout IT projects management and execution.
• Ensure all deliverables are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Contribute to the ITSM (IT Service Management) approach of the IT department

Education:

Master's degree and/or Engineer in Computer Science or Information System Engineering

Experience / Knowledge:

• Significant experience (10 years minimum) in IT project management and IT project portfolio, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong skills in IS/IT projects management (Waterfall, Agile)
• +5 years of technical experience in IT solutions design and build
• Ability to design coherent and optimized computerized system architectures
• Strong appentecy for technologies and their evolutions
• Significant experience in following areas : ERP (Oracle, SAP, SAGE X3 or others), HR system, Procurement & Contract management system, CRM (Salesforce or others), AI & Data projects, Data modeling, Project & Portfolio Management, BPM, ETL/EAI, API Management, Datawarehouse and reporting tools, Process modeling, Cloud computing, ITSM tools and ITIL good practices
• Good knowledge in computerized systems validation in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership ability, Autonomous, Well organized and Open-minded
• English proficiency (written and oral communication, presentations, conducting meetings)
