Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse invites applications for an IT Operations Manager junior h/f. You will join the Digital Infrastructure team, supporting satellite operations, ground segments, and on-board software while coordinating IT projects to ensure high service availability.

The role requires a Master’s degree and initial IT operations or project management experience. English professional proficiency and French fluency are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (BAC +5) in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, IT Engineering, or equivalent.
• First professional experience (internship/apprenticeship) in IT operations or project management.
• Willingness to obtain security clearance for French authorities.

Responsabilités

• IT Operations Management: monitor service levels, manage incidents, ensure production stability.
• Project Management: coordinate technical projects from planning to deployment and ensure timelines.
• Service Improvement & Governance: identify bottlenecks, propose automation, and produce KPI reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with business users and technical teams to meet operational needs.
