Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse is seeking an IT Operations Manager junior h/f to join the Digital Infrastructure team. You will coordinate IT operations, manage incidents, and align projects with business needs while bridging IT and stakeholders.

This role requires a BAC+5 Master in Computer Science and first professional experience in IT ops or project management, plus security clearance eligibility. Proficiency in English and French is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, IT Engineering, or equivalent.
• First professional experience (internship/apprenticeship) in IT operations or project management.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by French authorities.
• English professional proficiency; French fluent.

Responsabilités

• IT Operations Management: monitor SLAs, incidents, and production stability.
• Project Management: coordinate technical projects from planning to deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Service Improvement & Governance: identify bottlenecks, propose automation, and produce KPIs reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination: serve as a bridge between business users and IT teams.
