Netcompany Group A/S is seeking a seasoned IT Operations Platforms Specialist (Freelancer) to shape and maintain enterprise platform services in Europe. You will design, implement and operate OpenShift-based solutions, orchestrate automation, and ensure reliable, documented operations across databases, middleware and container platforms.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT platform operations, infrastructure or systems administration.
• Valid OpenShift certification and proven hands-on experience with OpenShift in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Splunk, Oracle Enterprise Manager or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of automation, orchestration, monitoring and platform management tools.
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Monitor platform health and contribute to continuous improvement, optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and support documentation, collaborating with architecture, development, infrastructure and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Valid OpenShift certification and proven hands‑on experience with OpenShift in an enterprise environment.
• Hands‑on experience with databases, middleware, virtualisation and container platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Splunk, Oracle Enterprise Manager or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of automation, orchestration, monitoring and platform management tools.
• Experience with backup and restore, performance tuning and troubleshooting of enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architecture, development, infrastructure and operations teams.
