Netcompany in Europe seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to shape secure development across projects. You will implement a DevSecOps strategy, build tooling, and integrate security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.

You will monitor performance and security, automate deployments with IaC and containerization, and collaborate with international teams. Excellent English and strong communication are essential for thriving in our multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Knowledge of automation tools used to create continuous integration and delivery.
• Proficient with DevSecOps tools like Git and GitHub, OpenShift, Helm, Kafka, Istio.
• Ability to write and present documents clearly.
• Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
• Excellent English and ability to work in an international/multicultural environment.

Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of aDevSecOps Engineer in Netcompany?

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will:

• Effectively implement a DevSecOps strategy and processes project(s) scope
• Develop tools and infrastructures in support of the system/component development
• Analyse code and communicate reviews to development teams
• Implement and maintain security controls throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), integrating security testing and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and analyse system and application performance, security events, and vulnerabilities, identifying potential risks and coordinating remediation actions with developmentteams
• Automate deployment, configuration, and infrastructure management processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization technologies, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable environments

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor\'s degree and minimum 5years of relevant hands-on experience in DevSecOps or other similar fields
• Thorough understanding of the SLDC
• Knowledge of automation tools used to create continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Working knowledge of known DevSecOps tools like Git and GitHub, OpenShift, Helm, Kafka, Istio
• Capacity in writing and presenting documents
• Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication skills and experience in working in an international/multicultural environment.
