Netcompany is seeking an IT Operations Platforms Specialist to design, implement and run enterprise platform solutions across databases, middleware, virtualization and container platforms. You will manage maintenance routines, automation, monitoring and shared services like OpenShift and Oracle Enterprise Manager, ensuring high reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT platform operations, infrastructure or systems administration.
• Mandatory: Valid OpenShift certification and hands‑on experience with OpenShift in an enterprise environment.
• Hands‑on experience with databases, middleware, virtualization and container platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Splunk, Oracle Enterprise Manager or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of automation, orchestration, monitoring and platform management tools.
• Experience with backup and restore, performance tuning and troubleshooting of enterprise platforms.
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architecture, development, infrastructure and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform health and contribute to continuous improvement, optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and support documentation, collaborating with architecture, development, infrastructure and operations teams.
