Netcompany is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to shape Europe’s digital landscape. You will drive DevSecOps strategies, build and automate secure CI/CD pipelines, and integrate security testing throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with international teams, analyse code, and implement security controls across systems. Excellent English, hands-on DevSecOps experience, and strong automation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps or similar field.
• Thorough understanding of the SDLC.
• Knowledge of automation tools used to create continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, OpenShift, Helm, Kafka, Istio.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work in an international environment.

Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of aDevSecOps Engineer in Netcompany?

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will:

• Effectively implement a DevSecOps strategy and processes project(s) scope


• Develop tools and infrastructures in support of the system/component development


• Analyse code and communicate reviews to development teams


• Implement and maintain security controls throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), integrating security testing and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines


• Monitor and analyse system and application performance, security events, and vulnerabilities, identifying potential risks and coordinating remediation actions with developmentteams


• Automate deployment, configuration, and infrastructure management processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization technologies, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable environments

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5years of relevant hands-on experience in DevSecOps or other similar fields


• Thorough understanding of the SLDC


• Knowledge of automation tools used to create continuous integration and continuous delivery


• Working knowledge of known DevSecOps tools like Git and GitHub, OpenShift, Helm, Kafka, Istio


• Capacity in writing and presenting documents


• Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.


• Excellent knowledge of English


• Excellent communication skills and experience in working in an international/multicultural environment.
