The role emphasizes maintaining availability, coordinating ITIL processes, and collaborating with software vendors to implement improvements and disaster recovery plans in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuous availability, maintenance, and industrialization of the NCM COTS solution against OLA/SLAs (24/7 readiness).
• Execute full-cycle ITIL-based incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
• Diagnose system failures and drive corrective actions with technical teams and vendors.
• Supervise system backup processing and lead disaster recovery test plans.
• Monitor system performance against SLAs and recommend improvements.
