Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane near Marseille is seeking an IT Operations Specialist (f/m) to join the Support & Services and Manufacturing Services PSL in the Domain PLM. You will help manage the tool chain for aircraft documentation and support Agile teams and product managers to deliver projects within the S&S scope.

The role requires 5+ years in IT Operations, strong Windows/Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, scripting, and English language skills for vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Networks, Systems Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems/Network Admin or L2 Support.
• Mandatory technical English for documentation and vendor communication.

Responsabilités

• Provision and upgrade software packages and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide 24/7 support as needed through on-call scheduling and remote monitoring.
• Apply ITIL-based incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
