Job summary

Dust is seeking its first full-time IT Ops hire in Paris to own the infrastructure that keeps a fast-growing team running. You will manage devices, access, and the security posture, building scalable processes as the company leverages AI across workflows.

In this foundational role, you will partner with the Ops and Engineering teams to implement onboarding/offboarding, IAM, and IT governance while shaping the IT roadmap for Dust's global offices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing macOS and Linux endpoints in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, or equivalent), SSO, and identity management platforms.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals: routing, VPN, DNS, and office connectivity.
• Comfortable working in security-conscious environments with an understanding of access control best practices.
• Able to document systems and processes clearly enough that others can operate them independently.
