Genesis AI is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead in Paris to design, build, and scale internal systems. You will own identity, devices, productivity tooling, and networking to support rapid company growth.

You will implement IAM (SSO, MFA, RBAC), automate operations, manage endpoints across macOS, Linux, and Windows, and collaborate with engineering and operations to deploy trusted infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and operating IT infrastructure in fast-growing startups.
• Hands-on IAM experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Entra ID.
• Led domain migrations, email admins, SSO deployments, and SaaS integrations.
• Strong scripting and automation in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Managed endpoints with Kandji, Jamf, and Intune.
• Solid networking, cloud, and corporate infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience integrating Slack, GitHub, Notion, Atlassian, and Workspace tools.
• Security-focused IAM, endpoint security, and access-control practices.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale the internal IT infrastructure across identity, devices, productivity systems, networking, and business apps.
• Design and implement IAM systems including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and RBAC.
• Lead company-wide IT initiatives like domain migrations, email infra, device management, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Build and automate IT operations via scripting, workflows, and tooling.
• Manage endpoint infrastructure across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments, including device provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to deploy and support internal systems for growth.
• Evaluate and manage SaaS platforms and vendor relationships.
• Establish scalable IT policies and documentation for a fast-growing org.
• Maintain foundational security controls across identity, endpoints, networks, and systems.
• Support security initiatives including access reviews, incident response, vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot IT issues across hardware, software, networking, and cloud.
• Collaborate with a team building general-purpose Physical AI.
