ThunderSoft in Paris seeks an experienced Operations Lead to manage on-site IDC presence, respond to incidents, and execute work orders in line with customer SLAs.

You will identify risks, implement controls, optimize EOP and SOP processes, and coordinate projects to enhance stability, efficiency, and team performance across the IT infrastructure.

This role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and proactive drive to improve service quality.

• Manage and lead on-site IDC presence per customer requirements.
• Respond to incidents and execute work orders per SLA.
• Identify risks, implement controls, and optimize EOP processes.
• Complete work orders per SOP and provide insights for optimization.
• Coordinate projects and improve SOPs, quality, and efficiency.

Description du poste

• Manage and lead the team to perform on-site IDC presence as required by customer Cloud.
• Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including ad hoc tasks, in accordance with service SLA requirements.
• Identify potential risks, implement risk controls, and continuously optimize EOP processes.
• Be able to independently complete all work orders according to SOP and work order requirements, and provide insights and continuous optimization for SOP processes, quality control, and efficiency improvement. Also capable of managing and leading the team to enhance stability and efficiency.
• Be familiar with project management tools and methods, and have the ability to coordinate projects, optimize project processes, and deliver or exceed expected results.
